1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SimuTower (the “Service”), operated by The Land Planners. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

SimuTower provides visual-impact photosimulation tools that render proposed structures into real-world imagery and generate reports. Outputs are visualizations intended to support planning and communication; they are not surveys, legal opinions, or guarantees of as-built appearance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any client names, logos, or site data you upload or display.

4. Credits & payment

Use of certain features consumes credits. Purchased credits and any applicable fees are described at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Do not use outputs to deliberately misrepresent a proposed development.
Respect third-party rights, including imagery and intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the project inputs and reports you create. The SimuTower software, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of The Land Planners.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Land Planners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
